This will be a one-hour physical (60-minute) peer-to-peer conversation to enhance the civic tech action of the world's youth leaders to advocate against budgeted corruption on labor-intensive infrastructural development in Africa. The first 20 minutes will be for scenario building to spur a debate for the next 20 minutes, and the remaining 20 minutes for setting a way forward including the development of joint civic action plans.

The aim is to organize world youth leaders (Democracy Move members ) to conduct an online campaign against budgeted corruption on the labor-intensive infrastructural projects in Africa for accountable and responsive use of public resources.

Through a sustained online campaign, there will be an enhanced civic tech action engagement of the world youth leaders supporting peers from other African countries to reduce cases of budgeted corruption and its impact on the youth, improved accountability, and responsive use of public resources.
